The Tibetan script reads བར་དོ་ཐོས་གྲོལ (Bardo Thodol), meaning Liberation Through Hearing in the Intermediate State. Known in the West as The Tibetan Book of the Dead, it is a timeless guide through the realms experienced between life and death, wake and sleep, inhale and exhale.
Crafted by CaveLight Studios, our work is rooted in Plato’s Allegory of the Cave, written around 375 B.C.E. Our name and vision are inspired by Plato's story of a prisoner's journey out of their cave and into the light of an expansive world, full of wonder and awe.
